Believe it or not, that picture involves a police "enforcement sting aimed at educating motorists about yielding to pedestrians walking along unmarked crosswalks." What a great idea. Let's have a cop dress up like a giant rabbit, walk into traffic, and see if cars stop. What could go wrong? What do you have to do to get that job at the police department? Fortunately this stunt did not result in a dead giant rabbit in the middle of the roadway.
